Product design leadership role at Tutu. Responsibilities: - Develop components, typography, animation, illustrations and microinteractions - Launch new products and features; improve existing solutions - Design scalable interfaces and ensure UX quality in key scenarios - Develop the design system; collaborate with communication design team - Work closely with product, analytics, engineering and marketing - Analyze design impact on conversion, retention, NPS and perceived quality - Defend design decisions to management - Introduce AI tools into concepting and product interface work - Hire, onboard and grow designers; build processes and design culture

6+ years in product design: B2C, high-load services, e-commerce or travel-tech 2+ years as a product design lead/manager Portfolio with cases on visual language development and design system implementation Cases with measurable business impact: conversion growth, reduced churn, LTV growth Experience managing multiple design directions and building processes
