Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated group reporting (IFRS); • Building financial chains and controlling cash flows; • Building corporate and holding structure (SPV, subsidiaries); • International tax planning and transfer pricing; • Managing treasury, liquidity, and intragroup financing; • Raising financing (loans, bonds, investments); • Financial evaluation and support of M&A transactions; • Managing currency and financial risks; • Reporting to the board of directors and investors; • Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA); • Managing financial teams of subsidiaries; • Budgeting and KPIs across the group.
