Responsibilities: • Financial strategy and consolidated group reporting (IFRS); • Building financial chains and cash flow control; • Building corporate and holding structure (SPV, subsidiaries); • International tax planning and transfer pricing; • Treasury management, liquidity and intra-group financing; • Fundraising (loans, bonds, investments); • Financial assessment and support of M&A deals; • Currency and financial risk management; • Reporting to board of directors and investors; • Compliance control (AML/KYC, CRS/FATCA); • Managing financial teams of subsidiaries; • Budgeting and group KPIs.
