Deputy CFO wanted for a group of companies to manage the entire financial function. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, optimization, and financial partnership. Requires 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, international structure experience, and English proficiency. Location: not RF.

We are looking for an operational financial leader who will take over the management of the entire financial function of the group of companies and become the right hand of the CFO. Tasks: • Full ownership of the financial function: responsibility for results, process design, system building; • Management reporting: from P&L to Cash Flow for all legal entities; • Budgeting and control: formation, tracking, and adjustment of budgets; • Optimization and automation: elimination of manual operations, implementation of new accounting and control tools; • Control of accounting and taxes: interaction with accountants, preparation for audit and due diligence; • Financial partner: assistance to product and operational teams, project efficiency assessment; • End-to-end analytics: unit economics analysis, efficiency assessment; • Internal reporting: preparation of reports for stakeholders, explanation of complex figures; • Metrics monitoring: cost reduction, efficiency improvement.

Our expectations: • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance (Head of Finance, Finance Manager, FP&A Lead, Financial Controller); • Experience with an international structure; • Knowledge of 1C 8 and confident Excel skills; • Team management experience (from 5 people); • English language - Intermediate and above; • Skills in interacting with contractors and negotiation; • Geography not RF.
