BGStaff is hiring a Data Scientist / AI Engineer for remote work, salary 200,000-230,000 RUB/month, focusing on LLM-based AI agents and deep learning.

Develop and deploy AI solutions, including LLM-based AI agents. Design AI agent architectures and approaches. Work with Deep Learning in NLP, including Transformer architecture. Fine-tune language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.). Develop integrations with IT systems. Work with production Kubernetes.

Data Scientist / AI Engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience, having implemented and deployed AI solutions including LLM-based AI agents. Strong in classic ML, deep learning, and infrastructure. Knowledge of Classic Machine Learning. Good knowledge of Deep Learning (NLP). Deep understanding of Transformer architecture. Deep understanding of AI agent design methods. Practical experience fine-tuning language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.). Proficient in Python stack: Torch, Transformers. Experience developing integrations with IT systems. Experience with production Kubernetes.

Remote work. Salary from 200,000 to 230,000 RUB per month.
