The team 'Automation of communication processes' works on tasks aimed at improving efficiency by handing over routine daily processes to automation. Responsibilities: - Design architecture of multi-agent systems for automating customer support, including RAG, state management, and orchestration of AI agents. - Develop and evolve workflow systems for managing agent interactions, multi-step dialogues, and integrations with internal services. - Integrate LLMs into business processes, organize work with context, external tools, and data, ensure reliable execution of operations. - Determine technical approach to implementation, break down large tasks into stages, and coordinate project participants. - Improve quality and stability of AI systems, enhance observability, testing, error handling, and safe deployment mechanisms. - Validate hypotheses for solution improvements, select technical approaches considering business impact and implementation costs.

Experience in technical leadership on complex projects: from architecture design and development organization to deployment and maintenance of production solutions. Commercial experience in designing and developing multi-agent systems based on LLMs, including agent orchestration, interaction and state management. Experience building complex workflow systems with multi-step processes, error handling, retries, and timeouts. Practical experience with RAG: data preparation and indexing, search, ranking, and context formation for LLMs. Understanding principles of building reliable LLM systems: observability, tracing, quality evaluation, error handling, and safe deployment. Ability to choose between LLM capabilities and deterministic logic, make technical decisions considering business requirements and tasks. Autonomy in technical decisions, ability to negotiate with colleagues, distribute tasks, and be responsible for the overall result. Nice to have: - Experience creating chatbots, AI Copilot, voice assistants, or other conversational AI products. - Experience with LangGraph or other AI agent and workflow orchestration tools. - Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP). - Experience developing in .NET and C# or TypeScript.
