Team lead: maintaining employee motivation, their development, organizing their activities; Organizing effective work by the DS team: planning tasks, setting goals, monitoring execution, performance review; Organizing effective communication with stakeholders and the product team; Quarterly and operational work planning; Participation in code review, grooming, maintaining code quality standards and best practices; Moderation of Scrum rituals: daily, grooming, planning, retrospective.

Data Science experience of 4+ years; 1+ year of experience as a team lead or head of a DS team (5+ people); Experience with business metrics/effects and influencing them; Extensive and systematic knowledge of DS/ML algorithms, practical experience in implementing models into production and achieving business results; Skills in organizing effective DS team work, mentoring and supporting specialists' development; Experience in managing DS/ML solution implementation projects, meeting deadlines and task quality; Ability to clearly and concisely explain complex technical solutions to colleagues and stakeholders; Ability to find and implement effective solutions for complex DS/ML tasks in practice; English at the documentation reading level; Experience with LLM, uplift and/or time series, etc.
