Data Science (LLM/NLP) at T1, middle level, hybrid in Ryazan. Focus: LLM integration, RAG systems, model quality evaluation, and inference optimization.

T1 is one of the leaders of the Russian IT market and a partner of key IT manufacturers and developers. AI direction: big data, data storage platforms, analytical and recommendation systems for large businesses. Responsibilities: - Integrate LLMs into products and services (API, backend, data processing pipelines) - Evaluate model response quality (automatic metrics, human eval) - Build RAG systems: data indexing, working with vector databases - Optimize inference performance and cost (quantization, batching, caching).

Experience: 3 to 6 years Confident knowledge of Python, SQL Knowledge of NLP algorithms Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning / PEFT (LoRA, adapters), and RAG approaches Experience with frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.

Work format: Ryazan, hybrid.
