Data Analytics & AI Support Internship

Paid full-time internship at Bosch Serbia for final-year students to support data analytics and AI solutions, requiring Python and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Data Analytics team in delivering cutting-edge analytics, structured reporting, and modern AI/automation solutions for global business stakeholders. - Perform comprehensive data quality checks, troubleshoot data anomalies across ERP and reporting systems, and coordinate with senior team members for escalations. - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Support end-to-end dashboard development, data modeling, and performance tuning. - Execute data validation, system testing, and basic coding tasks to ensure pipeline reliability. - Assist in the development and deployment of AI use cases, including AI agents and process automation tools. - Create technical documentation and user enablement materials to help teams adopt new AI features. - Partner closely with data engineers, business analysts, and business units to drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements: - Final-year student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. - Solid foundational knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation. - Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). - Familiarity with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and Automation workflows. - Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, agile teams. - High curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. - Business fluent in written and spoken English.
