CX/UX Researcher (Middle/Middle+)
CX/UX Researcher (Middle/Middle+) for a B2B product. Responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, full cycle Discovery, and creating user artifacts. Salary up to 290,000 RUB net. Location: Moscow, hybrid.
We are looking for a full-fledged partner for our team, not just someone who conducts interviews. We need a person who is deeply immersed in the product, knows how to conduct the full cycle of Discovery, and most importantly, can convincingly defend the value of research to stakeholders. Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (in-depth interviews, usability tests, ethnography, surveys). Full Discovery cycle: from briefing to monitoring the implementation of results into the product. Create working artifacts: CJM, Service Blueprint, user portraits, personas. Facilitate design thinking workshops and foresight sessions. Analyze trends and generate new product solutions. Present reports and insights to the team and clients.
Experience in product interface research for at least 3 years (Middle/Middle+). Proficiency in tools: moderated/unmoderated tests, First Click Test, etc. Experience working within a product team, not an agency. Ability to defend the importance of research work and influence the backlog. Strong communication skills and proactivity. Will be a big plus: Experience in the B2B segment.
Salary: up to 290,000 RUB net. Location: Moscow, hybrid (1-2 days a week in the office). Citizenship: RF
