Customer Service Specialist
Adsterra is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their Publishers sales team in Cyprus. Responsibilities include communicating with clients worldwide, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with teams. Offers official employment, medical insurance, bonuses, and a hybrid work model.
At Adsterra we are engaged in online advertising, and our main project is the support and development of an international online advertising platform that is among the Top 3 in the world. Currently, we are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Publishers sales team. Responsibilities: - Communicating with clients worldwide and answering their questions; - Troubleshooting common (and unusual) problems; - Actively collaborating with related teams; - Large amount of training: we are very interested in the high quality of services, so we invest a lot of resources into the employee’s development.
Requirements: - Upper-intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English; - Stress resistance, friendliness and strong communication skills; - Willingness to work with routine and repetitive tasks; - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
