Customer Relationship Manager

Remote customer manager role at a construction company. Responsibilities include outbound calls to property owners, sending materials, and following up. Salary: 30,000 RUB + KPI + bonuses.

In a construction company, we are looking for a manager to work with clients. The work is fully remote; training and ready materials are provided. What to do: — make outbound calls to apartment owners in new residential complexes in Moscow; — send presentations and company materials to interested clients; — contact clients again and answer questions; — bring interested clients to a meeting with a manager/leader; — work with clients who have already shown interest and record everything in CRM. It is important: you do not need to sell renovation over the phone yourself. Your task is to establish contact, identify interest, and bring the interested client to the next stage.

— competent speech; — confident phone communication; — not afraid of outbound calls; — able to listen and ask questions; — responsible approach to work and agreements. Experience in sales or CRM is a plus but not required.

Entirely remote work, 5–6 hours a day, Mon–Fri, ready-made base + call script, work in CRM, training and support, 30,000 ₽ salary + KPI + bonuses
