Remote Customer Manager in fintech: process inquiries, proactive client communication, sales support. Salary 70,000 RUB + bonuses, full-time, night shift, remote worldwide.

What you will do: - Process incoming client inquiries. - Conduct outgoing communication — proactively write to clients and maintain contact. - Advise clients on company services and products. - Present and promote company services. - Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions. - Support clients at all stages of interaction. - Record communication results and maintain work reports. Important: This is not just handling incoming messages. The manager actively interacts with clients, initiates dialogue, presents services, and helps increase company sales.

Requirements: - Fluent Russian language. - Confident communication in messengers. - Communication skills and initiative. - Laptop or PC. - Stable internet. - Responsibility and discipline. - Experience in sales, promotion, or support is a plus.
