Fintech company is looking to build a strong tech core for a payment product, covering backend, infrastructure, support, analysis, and QA. The domain includes a technical payment aggregator, highload, microservices, transactional circuits, merchant support, and 24/7 critical operations. Tech stack: Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Elasticsearch, REST/gRPC, AWS, Terraform, Argo CD, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki. Ideal for a ready-made team: CTO/Head of IT + Team Lead + Go backend + DevOps + SysAdmin + BA + Head of Support + L1/L2 + QA.

Experience in building architecture and processes. Ability to maintain reliability and delivery. Skills in setting up support/incident management. Experience in fintech/payments/processing is ideal.

Location: Serbia, Belgrade preferred.
