3+ years of experience as CRM / Retention Marketer. Experience in B2C e-commerce. Experience with CRM tools and analytics. Understanding of Retention and LTV metrics. Willingness to build processes from scratch. Nice to have: Experience in medicine or high-ticket niches. Cases of retention and LTV growth.
