We develop projects in various countries and create effective solutions in commercial real estate, building long-term relationships with partners and clients. The CRM manager supports the sales department, controls the quality of managers' work, and ensures compliance with customer communication standards. The specialist analyzes calls, identifies errors, and helps improve work processes and customer service quality. Tasks: • Support sales managers in daily work and help resolve emerging issues • Control the quality of managers' work and compliance with established customer communication standards • Prepare feedback based on call review results • Interact with the sales department to improve work processes • Participate in optimizing sales department processes and improving customer service quality

• English at C1–C2 level — fluent written and spoken • Experience in IT and with CRM systems is an advantage • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Attention to detail and high level of responsibility • Systematic approach to working with large volumes of information • Analytical thinking • Ability to work independently and in a team • Willingness to quickly learn new programs and tools
