CRM Manager (Forex / FX)

Remote CRM Manager with Forex experience to own CRM activity across the customer lifecycle, driving marketing performance, engagement, and retention.

Plan and execute lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and retention campaigns tailored for FX clients. Boost client engagement and conversion through testing, automation, and personalization. Monitor CRM performance metrics, deposit/activity loops, and translate data insights into action.

Proven background in marketing-led CRM and customer retention within the Forex/Fintech industry.
