CRM Lead - iGaming
Topcotek is seeking a CRM Lead in Limassol for an on-site role in the iGaming industry. The position focuses on multi-channel retention and engagement, with full ownership of Smartico. Responsibilities include managing CRM operations, designing customer journeys, and optimizing retention strategies.
Topcotek is looking for a CRM Lead to drive multi-channel retention and engagement across the iGaming lifecycle. This is a performance-driven role focused on automation, segmentation, and maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV), with full ownership of Smartico. Key Responsibilities ● Own and manage all CRM operations within Smartico, including journeys, automations, campaigns, segmentation, and bonus workflows. ● Design, build, and optimize lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and in-app channels. ● Develop advanced segmentation strategies using behavioral and RFM data. ● Improve early-life retention, redeposit rates, and reactivation flows. ● Execute structured A/B testing across messaging, timing, and promotional offers. ● Monitor CRM performance and provide clear, actionable insights. ● Create and refine retention and bonus strategies to increase engagement and reduce churn. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to enhance the end-to-end player lifecycle.
Requirements for the Role ● Must-have: iGaming lifecycle marketing experience. ● Proven experience with CRM platforms, email/SMS automation, and player segmentation - Smartico experience is mandatory. ● Strong understanding of player retention mechanics, including onboarding flows, reactivation campaigns, and churn prevention. ● Data-driven mindset with the ability to work on cohort analysis and campaign performance.
