Manage a team of 7 people, hold meetings, distribute tasks; Create annual plans, prepare reports; Manage budget and control expenses; Work with documents and CRM system; Communicate with families, supervise coordinators' work, travel to locations; Participate in methodological developments and direction development.

Respect for any person, desire to work with the target group; Flexibility and ability to take responsibility; Higher education (social, psychological, management — advantage); Desirable experience interacting with people with disabilities and team management; Confident PC user, business communication skills.

Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, probation period 3 months; Salary: 71,000 ₽ (base) + 5,400 ₽ (management supplement); Compensation for travel (600 ₽/month) and communication (500 ₽/month); Training, supervision, professional growth.
