Creative YouTube Producer

SARATORI is looking for a creative YouTube producer with 3-5+ years of experience to develop original content formats around hosts and personalities.

We are looking for a strong creative producer with verifiable experience in YouTube of 3-5 years. Not a line producer, not SMM, not a coordinator. We need someone who can create the content product itself: take a personality, hero, topic, or event and turn it into a format that people want to open and watch to the end. One of the key tasks is developing author-driven content around a host: see strengths, topics, contradictions, character in a person, and build a system of regularly filmed formats around that. What you will do: - Come up with new YouTube formats and individual videos; - Develop scripts, hooks, structure, and dramaturgy; - Turn an idea into a concrete shooting brief: what, where, and how we shoot, text, scenes, teleprompter, additional shots and details; - Understand YouTube mechanics: first seconds, retention, packaging, titles, and thumbnails; - Analyze results and understand what to strengthen next. It is important that you live inside YouTube daily. Follow new authors, formats, trends, editing solutions, retention mechanics, and understand what is starting to work right now — in Russia and worldwide. We need a person with systemic thinking: see not just one video, but the development of the product as a whole. And at the same time — be able to hear the team, work well with feedback, but have your own position, argue and defend a strong solution if you believe in it.

Minimum 3 years of strong verifiable experience, priority 5+ years. Real cases and links are needed. At the meeting we will definitely review what exactly you did personally in those projects. Experience with author-driven YouTube channels, personal brands, shows, interviews, documentary and entertainment formats is especially interesting.
