Scriptwriter for YouTube videos (long formats)

Production center seeks a YouTube scriptwriter for long-form videos in sports/coaching topics. Remote work, 2-3 scripts per week, pay negotiable.

We need scripts for bloggers in sports/coaching topics. Looking for someone who can turn expert knowledge into engaging videos with a strong hook, clear storytelling, and a drive to watch till the end. Responsibilities: • Propose topics and find unexpected angles. • Write scripts for long YouTube videos: from the first hook to the finale. • Work with expert materials: highlight key points, build logic, remove fluff. • Explain complex ideas through stories, examples, and relatable situations.

• Experience writing YouTube scripts and examples of published work. • Understanding of retention, pacing, and suspense. • Ability to write lively speech that is easy to voice on camera. • Can dive into new topics, verify facts, and preserve the expert's accuracy. • Meet deadlines, justify decisions, handle feedback calmly. • Experience in fitness or expert content creation is a plus (not required).
