Responsibilities: - Find promising trends; - Invent viral mechanics, formats, rubrics, and unconventional approaches; - Build content strategy; - Write scripts for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts; - Quickly test content hypotheses; - Scale formats that show results; - Analyze content performance.

Experience creating and promoting viral or meme content from 3 years; Understanding of trends and short-video mechanics; Ability to devise strong creative concepts; Scriptwriting skills; Ability to work with hypotheses and analyze results.
