Creative Producer

Appercut is looking for a Creative Producer with 1+ year of experience to create video ads for performance marketing. Salary $1300-2000. Location: remote or Warsaw office.

Appercut is a Polish product IT company creating mobile applications used by millions. Our mission is to develop digital products in the Digital Health sector that genuinely help people. Our flagship product, Dr. Kegel, has over 4 million installations and a rating of 4.8/5, ranking Top-6 in the USA, Top-5 in Canada, and Top-1 in Europe and Latin America. We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our creative team, who will help transform creative ideas into effective video advertisements for performance marketing. This person should understand the audience and be able to take a concept from hypothesis to a final video that delivers real results.

• 1+ year of experience in digital / performance / creative production • Experience with advertising creatives (Meta / TikTok) • Understanding of how performance advertising works • Participation in the full production cycle • English B1+ • Basic work with metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, hook rate • Portfolio + readiness for a test task

Location: remote or comfortable office in Warsaw
