Develop two travel projects creatively: the platform with routes and guides Guide By and the premium travel agency Back To Travel. Creation of marketing materials of any kind (presentations, texts, postcards, reels, mailing files, etc.). Search for ideas and solutions for product promotion, work with neural networks and foreign resources. Development of merch & gifts for clients. Influencer marketing. Work in tandem with the creative team (editor, designer, project manager, SMM manager, etc.).

Experience in marketing, presence of cases. Understanding of social media marketing, knowledge of algorithms and trends in social networks. Knowledge of English. Copywriting skills, ability to work with hooks and clickbaits. Readiness for multi-directional activities: collaborations, SMM, research of travel insights, and much more. Ability to work in basic editors (quality design) + knowledge of Canva. Editing skills. Knowledge and ability to work qualitatively with neural networks. Sincere, genuine love for travel! — very important point. Ability to write about a hotel in the Maldives without “oasis of seclusion”, “azure ocean and white sand”. Proactivity, willingness to learn and grow the project together.
