We build an expert community and gather talents who want to create important and high-profile creative projects.Responsibilities:- Work with creative texts on various topics and in different formats: primarily for SMM and websites, additionally scripts, special projects, naming, and other creative formats.- Participate in brainstorming and trendwatching, strengthen ideas, and make content relevant.- Develop and implement SMM strategies together with a strategist: create concepts, content directions, tone of voice, contest mechanics, and special projects.- Defend creative ideas and solutions before clients.

- Agency experience from 2 years.- Portfolio with projects for major brands.- Experience in SMM management, strategy development, concepts, tone of voice, special projects, scripts, and naming.- Ability to come up with strong ideas and write texts in different formats and tones: from premium and strict to light, emotional, and humorous.- Competent written speech, ability to structure information, build storytelling, and edit texts (own and junior specialists').
