CPO / Head of Product for a startup launching a product line for foreign bloggers, remote, part-time initially, with potential for full-time.

AskCraft is launching a product line in the foreign market. We offer bloggers paid research of their audience. Based on the results, we will create training programs, apps, and other products for their subscribers. You will become the first head of this direction. Bloggers are already available — our team organizes meetings with them. Responsibilities: — Conduct negotiations with foreign bloggers, validate the value proposition. — Organize and control interviews with the audience, analyze materials, and prepare conclusions. — Build a product team for the direction, including JTBD researchers. — Find and launch new products based on research.

— Experience in conducting interviews and analysis independently. — Confident English for negotiations with bloggers. — Willingness to dedicate 4-5 hours per day at the start.

— Work directly with the CEO, influence products, pricing, and team. — Compensation: percentage of paid orders in the direction, no fixed salary. Personal income in the current service model is from $3500 to $7500/month and higher through new products — participation terms to be agreed separately. — Part-time employment possible at the start.
