Country Manager for a Ukrainian fintech company launching an MFO in South Africa. Salary $1800–2200, hybrid.

VUKA MONEY (PTY) LTD — a Ukrainian fintech company launching a microfinance organization (MFO) in South Africa. We are looking for a Country Manager who will represent the company on-site: build relationships with banks, lawyers, security services and other partners, and resolve organizational issues of launch. The role implies official appointment as Country Manager in South Africa. Responsibilities: • Financial matters: interaction with banks, opening and maintaining accounts; • Organizational matters: office, rent, repairs, workspace setup; • Security: interaction with security services, solving company security issues; • Legal matters: interaction with lawyers, handling documents and registration procedures; • Finding and building relationships with partners and contractors in various fields; • Representing the company in South Africa and resolving current issues during launch.
