Corporate Mentoring Program Coordinator at the Keepers of Childhood Foundation in Moscow, hybrid format, organizing events and internships for teenagers, requires more than 3 years of project experience.

Organizing events for teenagers and youth (ages 14-21) at enterprises in Moscow and the region (full cycle: from application to writing a summary note); Ensuring the process of teaching teenagers to work on the Naprimerku.ru portal; Managing the process of organizing internships and temporary employment in partner organizations; Preparing corporate mentors to work with teenagers during internships according to the foundation's methodology; Supporting internships/employment of beneficiaries according to the foundation's algorithm; Managing program curators in institutions of the Moscow Region.

Higher education; Experience in project activities of at least 3 years, work experience of at least 8-10 years; High communication skills (oral and written); Proficiency in computer at an advanced user level, CRM is used in the organization; Flexibility regarding vacation: summer vacation is possible only after August 25! Summer is the time for internships of beneficiaries; Advantage in selection: basic skills in writing posts and news notes, camera skills; Advantage in selection: experience working with teenagers and preliminary study of the foundation's resources; Also important in a candidate: responsibility and involvement in the work process; Also important in a candidate: high degree of self-organization; Also important in a candidate: quick learning ability, ability to follow technology; Also important in a candidate: friendliness and openness.
