Corporate Legal Officer / Legal Counsel

Experienced Corporate Legal Officer needed for a dynamic team in Cyprus. Handle corporate matters, legal documentation, compliance, and employment legal issues. Requires Law degree, 2-3+ years experience, fluent English and Greek.

Responsibilities: Handle daily corporate matters and prepare corporate documentation (resolutions, minutes, share certificates, PoAs, etc.). Draft, review, and revise agreements and legal documents. Maintain corporate records, certificates, and KYC documentation. Conduct legal research on various matters. Assist with GDPR compliance (Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, etc.). Handle employment-related legal matters.

Degree in Law. 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience. Fluent English and Greek (mandatory). Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team. Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a plus. Cyprus Bar Association registration is not required.
