Coordinator / Junior Producer
Multimedia studio -.618 is looking for a Coordinator / Junior Producer to join their team for art installations, exhibitions, and multimedia projects. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth production processes.
About Us: -.618 is a multidisciplinary new media studio. Our team includes CG artists, directors, and technical specialists who create visual content for concerts, exhibitions, museums, stage shows, and spatial multimedia installations. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking an individual who can maintain order in processes, coordinate the team, and assist the producer in managing projects from concept to completion. It is important that you: - Can organize work processes and handle multitasking - Are attentive to deadlines, details, and communication - Can gather information, structure tasks, and monitor their execution - Have a sense of aesthetics and understand the specifics of creative projects - Can quickly engage in new tasks and bring them to completion
Responsibilities: - Coordinate projects at all stages of production - Collect team statuses and generate reports - Maintain project calendars and monitor key deadlines - Coordinate the internal team (CG artists, directors, editors, technical specialists) - Keep tasks updated in task trackers - Organize meetings, shoots, edits, and interactions with contractors - Archive projects and maintain file storage structure Requirements: - Experience as a coordinator, producer's assistant, or junior producer in the creative/multimedia field - Understanding of visual content production processes - Good organizational and communication skills - Ability to work with a large volume of information - Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Figma, Miro - Experience with project management systems (ftrack, Cerebro, or other task trackers) will be an advantage - Basic understanding of visual trends and contemporary cultural context - Experience interacting with contractors (lighting, sound, construction, multimedia) will be an advantage
Full-time employment Office-based work (Moscow, Shelepiha metro station) Schedule: weekdays, from 11:00 to 19:00 or from 12:00 to 20:00 Salary is discussed with the candidate Work in a strong creative team Participation in large-scale art and multimedia projects
