VAVS is an AI studio that produces complete content: vertical videos (avatar, filming, voiceover, editing), carousels and posts — not separate pieces, but a final result in minutes. We are changing the economics of content: what used to require a team of scriptwriter, operator, editor, designer and SMM can now be done by one person. Tasks: • Manage up to 10 brands/profiles in parallel (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, feed). • Form and implement a content plan for each brand: ~30 short videos, carousels and text posts per month. • Prepare scripts and hooks for formats: viral, expert, sales. • Assemble videos, carousels and posts in VAVS — without involving an operator, editor, designer or copywriter. • Set up an AI avatar, tone of voice and rubrics for each brand/niche. • Plan publications and maintain a daily content rhythm. • Analyze effectiveness (reach, retention, engagement) and adjust the plan. • Test hypotheses and hooks in batches, scale what works. • Brief and coordinate content with brands, maintain reporting.

• Experience in SMM/content marketing from 1 year, confirmed cases. • Understanding of short vertical videos, carousels and posts — what hooks and retains. • Ability to write a script/hook for 15-30 seconds. • Systematic and self-organized: manage 10 accounts simultaneously. • Basic social media analytics skills. • Experience with AI content generation tools — as a plus.
