We are a production center that helps experts and businesses develop personal brands and social media through strong content marketing. We are looking for a content marketer who can deeply immerse in a project, understand the audience and business goals, find strong ideas, and turn them into a working content strategy. Responsibilities: — Analyze niche, product, target audience, competitors, and current content. — Develop and adjust promotion strategy. — Create content plans for 1–2 weeks for multiple platforms. — Come up with topics, rubrics, and hypotheses for Reels, Stories, Threads, Telegram, and other formats. — Find trends and viral mechanics and adapt them for client projects. — Participate in strategic sessions with clients. — Assign tasks to content managers and support strategy implementation. — Analyze content results, form conclusions, and new hypotheses. — Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for analytics, research, and speeding up work.

— Experience as a content marketer / SMM marketer / strategist with showable cases. — Understand the connection between content and business goals, not just filling a content plan. — Able to combine strategic thinking, analytics, and creativity. — Follow trends, have good taste, and can find non-trivial ideas. — Independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and justify decisions. Important: we are not looking for someone who creates content plans from template topics or fully delegates work to neural networks. We need a marketer who thinks, researches, proposes, and tests.
