Responsibilities: - Generate ideas, write scripts, and catchy hooks. - Participate in content creation from idea to publication, help with editing if needed. - Test formats and sales mechanics. - Use AI to generate and evaluate ideas, analyze content, prepare drafts, edit, and analyze results. - Analyze reach, engagement, and leads.

Requirements: - Experience with Instagram*, content marketing, and messaging. - Understand the difference between content for views and content that drives profit. - Strong writing skills. - Understand audience psychology and be able to find topics, angles, and offers. - Self-driven, creative, result-oriented, proactive. - Use AI in daily work. Nice to have: - Experience in real estate. - Experience developing Instagram* profiles. - Experience with large volumes of information and multiple experts at once.
