Made in Beauty is an agency specializing in launching beauty brands from scratch, with over 500 products launched for brands like Divage, Sammy Beauty, and 7 DAYS. We are looking for a Content Marketer to lead strategy, messaging, and results, managing a small team.

Experience in content creation (launches, infobusiness, beauty, or FMCG) for 2-3 years. Ability to develop strategy and content plans from scratch. Understanding of how content impacts sales, not just reach. Strong skills in messaging and scriptwriting. Experience managing contractors and meeting deadlines. Ability to provide technical specifications, accept work, and improve results. Proficiency in text editing and understanding of meaning.

Remote work format. Flexible workload, part-time or multiple projects possible. Payment: fixed + performance bonus, discussed individually.
