Content Marketer and SMM Manager

Remote Content Marketer and SMM Manager for GOFAR agency, responsible for content strategy, creation, and analytics across two projects. Salary from 90,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: - Develop content strategy for GOFAR and GOFAR School projects - Form content plans, analyze input from management and create storylines, carousels, and Reels scripts - Analyze source materials and turn ideas into ready tasks for content production - Set tasks for designers and video editors, control deadlines and quality - Develop content funnel and increase targeted transitions and Telegram-bot subscribers - Analyze publication results, test hypotheses, prepare reports on key metrics - Work with Notion knowledge base, systematize projects and automate tasks with Claude, only through responsible AI use

Requirements: - Experience in SMM or content marketing - Ability to independently plan content and deliver tasks to results - Skills in writing texts and short video scripts - Understanding of marketing funnels, CTA, and social media analytics - Ability to work with references and set tasks for designers and editors - Systematic, initiative, creativity, meet deadlines - Portfolio with work examples
