Norin Agency is looking for a Content Manager (Middle/Middle+) to develop content strategies, create and publish content for social media, and work with analytics. Salary from 70,000 to 150,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: - Develop content strategies: audit, persona map, competitive analysis, rubricator, content plan; - Implement the strategy: write posts, storytelling formats, create omnichannel content; - Come up with ideas and write scripts for Reels, edit videos; - Work in a team, assign tasks to a designer; - Publish content on client social media; - Work with analytics and maintain weekly and monthly project reports.

Requirements: - SMM experience from 3 years; - Agency experience is a plus; - Initiative and developed soft skills; - Responsibility and ability to be accountable for results; - Understanding of social media principles and algorithms (Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, VK); - Good awareness, understanding of trends and SMM logic; - Desire to grow and work with projects long-term.
