Euro Gazon is looking for a Content Manager in Kazakhstan to create engaging content for company and owner's personal brand. Salary 300,000 KZT.

We are involved in comprehensive landscaping and territory improvement, roll-out lawns, installation of automatic irrigation systems, and creation of beautiful private and commercial properties. We work with interesting projects and a growing market. We are looking for a strong individual to help build the company's media presence and the owner's personal brand. We need an energetic SMM specialist / content maker who can not only 'manage Instagram*' but also create content that is watched, saved, and generates leads. Company Content: • Manage company Instagram* / TikTok. • Film properties, processes, before/after. • Create Reels / Shorts / Stories. • Write texts and ideas for content. • Showcase cases, reviews, expertise. Owner's Personal Brand: • Accompany on site visits / meetings. • Film live content. • Package thoughts, entrepreneurial journey, work processes. • Develop recognition and trust. Additionally: • Monthly content plan. • Competitor analysis. • Test new formats. • Result-oriented work.

• SMM / content creation experience of 1 year or more. • Ability to shoot and edit video. • Sense of taste and visual awareness. • Understanding of Instagram / TikTok trends. • Initiative, responsibility. • Portfolio is desirable. Will be a plus: • Experience in construction / design / real estate niche. • Targeting skills. • Copywriting. • Working with personal brands.
