We develop topics and meanings, and you help bring them to life clearly and interestingly through video. Responsibilities: — Shoot Reels / Shorts / clips / backstage / interviews / expert videos. — Independently come up with presentation: angle, hook, dynamics, plot, visual techniques. — Shoot children, teenagers, athletes, teachers, experts, and famous guests. — Quickly edit vertical videos at a modern pace. — Follow trends and understand how to adapt them to the brand, not just copy the trend. We especially need someone who can shoot, edit, and feel people.

Ability to shoot, edit, and feel people. Big plus if you: — Follow Reels / TikTok / Shorts and understand the mechanics of viral content. — Can shoot interviews and talking-head formats. — Understand the dramaturgy of short videos. — Are familiar with AI tools for creating and processing content.
