Content Lead

Content Lead position for a marketing team. Seeking a strong leader to optimize team performance and improve metrics. Remote, full-time role with weekly payments.

We are looking for a strong Team Lead for the content department. We need a strong leader who can optimize the team's work and improve performance. Tasks: - Managing a team of content managers, organizing and controlling the department's work; - Developing, optimizing, and implementing a content strategy; - Constantly analyzing engagement and adjusting the content plan based on audience response.

Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year; Practical understanding of ROMI, conversion, and other key performance indicators of content campaigns; Successful experience in team management, development, and coordination; Experience with multi-geo (LATAM is an advantage); Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for promotion verticals, binary options (forex is a plus).
