Content Creator at Bask LLC in Moscow. Hybrid role creating 2 vertical videos per day (50-60/month) for outdoor brand across Reels/TikTok/Shorts. Salary from 60,000 RUB.

Bask LLC is a manufacturing company in the outdoor equipment and clothing segment, with its own online store and retail network. Responsibilities: - Create vertical video content featuring brand products: Reels, TikTok, Shorts - Shoot live content with reactions and people participation - Work from references, ideas, and technical briefs from the team - Adapt content to the platform, format, and target audience - Propose ideas and test new formats - Meet the content plan: 2 videos per day (50-60 videos per month) - Refine videos based on feedback - Help find successful combinations and scale successful formats - Collaborate with the department: content plan, topics, and references are provided; full execution is from the specialist

Candidate requirements: - Able to generate ideas for short videos - Understand Reels/TikTok/Shorts trends and can adapt them for the brand - Ready to appear on camera - Comfortable with live interaction with people - Not afraid of dynamic shoots and real locations - Able to quickly join the shooting process and produce content at volume - Basic editing skills: CapCut, InShot, or similar - Responsible about deadlines and tasks Important: Send a portfolio link together with your resume.

Work conditions: - Hybrid format, mainly in the brand's showrooms/stores; shooting is done by the specialist, mostly in the first half of the day - May take products for outdoor shoots; the result matters more than office presence - Possible work at offsite events (1 time/1-2 months) - Flexible schedule - Stable payments (once every 2 weeks) - Probation month: first 14 days - rate 800 RUB per video, then increase - Salary from 60,000 RUB
