Consultant (middle+ and higher) in the Strategic Development Department
Prisma is looking for a Consultant (middle+ and higher) for the Strategic Development Department for a project-based engagement (8-10 weeks). The role involves strategic consulting, data analysis, and developing recommendations for clients. Remote work, official employment.

Our teams help clients define a unique development trajectory in line with the latest trends and challenges, supporting it with our internal digital technology development (gamification, loyalty, digital services, etc.). Due to the growing number of projects, we are looking for a Consultant (middle+ and higher) in the Strategic Development Department for project-based employment (8-10 weeks). Responsibilities: The strategic consultant will participate in the analytical and substantive elaboration of the project, including: - Collection, structuring, and analysis of data on the market, clients, sales, marketing, products, and business processes. - Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify key problems, growth opportunities, and areas for efficiency improvement. - Preparation of hypotheses, analytical conclusions, and recommendations for management decisions. - Participation in the diagnosis of the current CVM, sales, marketing, customer journey, or commercial function model. - Analysis of the customer base, segmentation, interaction channels, CRM/CVM processes, sales funnel, and marketing effectiveness. - Benchmarking best practices in relevant markets and comparable companies. - Preparation of presentation materials for the project team and client in a format close to top-tier consulting. - Building financial and economic models, calculating business cases, evaluating the effect of initiatives. - Participation in interviews, working sessions, and meetings with client representatives. - Formation of transformation initiatives: description of the target state, roadmap, KPIs, quick wins, and expected effect. - Coordination (management) of individual project work streams - Preparation of final materials: diagnostics, conclusions, recommendations, implementation roadmap.
Mandatory requirements: - 1-4 years of experience in strategic consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, commercial analytics, marketing analytics, CVM/CRM, or related fields. - Strong analytical skills: ability to structure ambiguous tasks, work with large amounts of information, and identify the main points. - Proficient in Excel: models, calculations, pivot tables, data analysis. - Proficient in PowerPoint: preparation of structured, logical, and visually high-quality presentations. - Experience in preparing management materials, analytical notes, or presentations for management. - Understanding of basic principles of strategy, commercial efficiency, sales, marketing, customer analytics, or operational transformation. - Ability to formulate hypotheses, test them with data, and turn conclusions into practical recommendations. - Skills in conducting interviews, gathering requirements, and interacting with business stakeholders. - Fluent Russian language, ability to clearly and structurally express thoughts in writing and orally. - Readiness for an intensive work pace for 8-10 weeks. Will be an advantage: - Experience working in Big 3 / Big 4 / Tier-2 consulting, internal consulting, or strategy of a large company. - Knowledge of customer value management approaches and tools (CVM, CRM, segmentation, personalization) - Experience in sales analysis, trade marketing, marketing channel management - Experience working with customer data, transactional data, CRM/CDP systems.
