Consultant in CVM (Customer Value Management)
Consultant in CVM (Customer Value Management) for a 3-month project. Salary up to 285,000 RUB net. Requires banking sector experience and ability to connect GenAI/ML technologies with business metrics. Location: Russia only.
Identify business tasks and form approaches to solve them using GenAI, ML, and CVM tools. Formulate and defend business value: translate functionality (personalization, NBA/NBT) into measurable KPIs. Prepare analytics and presentations on pilot results for different business segments. Provide analytical support for experiments: from hypothesis formulation and metric selection to in-depth analysis of A/B test results.
Experience as an analyst (Business / Product / Data) for at least 2 years in a bank. Understanding of personalized marketing approaches, NBA / NBO, and CVM. Experience evaluating the effectiveness of ML / AI solutions and conducting A/B tests. Skill in gathering requirements through stakeholder interviews and formalizing them (BRD, Technical Specifications). Ability to build a logical chain: 'hypothesis → metric → KPI → effect'. Understanding of customer data: transactions, product profiles, responses. Plus: Experience implementing aCRM or GenAI solutions in fintech/telecom. Skills in calculating ROI, Uplift metrics, and overall economic effect. Understanding of the principles of ML models and generative content.
Salary: up to 285,000 RUB net. Duration: 3 months (project-based employment). Location/Citizenship: Russia only.
