Project role for a Concert Organizer Assistant in Limassol, Cyprus. Duration is approximately 2 months. Responsibilities include event organization, contractor communication, logistics, and on-site coordination.
We are looking for an event organizer assistant to help with the preparation and execution of a concert. This is a project-based role for approximately 2 months. Responsibilities: • Assistance in event organization at all stages of preparation • Communication with contractors (venue, decor, printing, designers, etc.) • Logistics organization: booking tickets, hotels • Study and provision of the artist's hospitality rider • Sourcing and purchasing necessary goods and materials • Coordination of processes and task control on the event day • Performing various tasks within the project
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment • Responsibility, diligence • Flexibility, proactivity, and readiness to quickly engage in tasks • Knowledge of English (mandatory), Greek is a plus
