Compensation & Benefits Manager

C&B Manager to develop transparent, competitive, and fair compensation and benefits systems for a large brand-name company, involving market analysis, salary structures, bonus systems, and HR analytics.

Our client, a large brand-name company with a developed corporate culture, is opening a competition for the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager. Our colleagues are looking for an employee who will help us develop a transparent, competitive, and fair compensation system that influences employee engagement and motivation. What you will do: Maintain and develop an up-to-date database on compensation and benefits: bonuses, grades, compensation structures Analyze the market: participate in salary surveys, collect and interpret compensation data Organize and support salary review processes: from preparation of analytics to implementation of decisions (including building salary structures and review matrices) Manage the bonus system: develop and update regulatory documents, ensure correct bonus calculation Administer insurance programs: support employees, resolve non-standard cases, interact with providers and participate in tenders Develop and optimize the employee benefits package Develop and implement policies and procedures in the field of compensation and benefits Participate in HR projects and develop the HR analytics direction Why this is interesting: Influence on key HR decisions and company strategy Opportunity to work with analytics and real market data Participation in the development of modern C&B practices and tools Visible results of your work — from salary structure to employee satisfaction

Higher economic, financial, mathematical, or statistical education Experience in a similar position in a large company for at least 3 years Experience in international companies is desirable Experience in real sector business companies Experience in all areas of compensation and benefits
