CRAFTIX is seeking a passionate Community Manager to grow a Minecraft-style universe community. Remote, junior level, full-time or part-time.

Hi! We are a small product company creating our own Minecraft-style universe. We are looking for a community manager who is passionate about games and wants to ignite the community, not just complete tasks by instructions. Tasks: - Support and develop community - Attract new players - Host in-game events - Work with key players and community leaders

Important: - Passion, initiative, creativity - you bring ideas - Understanding of game communities and player behavior - Familiarity with Minecraft or similar sandbox games - Event experience or strong ideas - VIP streak: able to build relationships with top players - Conscious work with AI - Curiosity to action - English B2-C1 - 1+ year community experience or strong gameplay background
