Community Manager for Online Club

Community Manager for a psychology/esoteric online club. Remote, full-time, salary fixed + KPI. Build a warm, engaging community in large chats.

We are creating an online club for self-discovery, intuition, talents, and inner potential. The club is not just training but a living community where people feel support, acceptance, and care. We are looking for a curator who will become the soul of our community, unite participants, and create an atmosphere people want to return to every day. Responsibilities: create an atmosphere of trust, warmth, and support in large chats (100+ participants); actively communicate with participants, support dialogues, and engage them in club life; answer typical questions and help navigate materials and practices; motivate participants to complete training and share impressions and results; notice decreased activity and gently bring participants back into communication; help newcomers adapt, maintain a positive atmosphere, and resolve conflicts; influence participant retention and subscription renewal through quality communication and care.

Mandatory experience as a curator in psychological, esoteric projects, or self-discovery programs; experience managing large chats of 100+ people; sincere love for people, communication, and constant correspondence; competent written language, empathy, and high emotional intelligence; willingness to be active in chats and respond promptly; ability to initiate communication independently, engage people, and create a sense of community; interest in psychology, intuition, and spiritual development.
