We are the largest Russian-speaking Telegram channel about indie games. We need a person to take on the life and atmosphere of our chats. You will make the community alive, useful and friendly for both players and developers.

Experience as a community manager or moderator in gaming communities (1+ year). Understanding of how to create a lively and non-toxic atmosphere, not just ban for rule violations. We work on the principle of 'host, not overseer'. Ability to write clearly and friendly, and find common ground with different people. Initiative: propose ideas for activities, see growth points of the community. Willingness to spend time daily (including weekends) on a part-time basis.

Full remote work. Part-time (flexible schedule, but with daily check-ins). Payment: 20,000 RUB per month.
