Marketer at ArtSolution24

IT company (Bitrix24 platinum partner) seeks marketer for remote work. Tasks: CRM strategies for client reactivation, multi-channel communication, automated funnels.

ArtSolution24 is an IT company and a platinum partner of Bitrix24. Tasks: - Implement CRM strategies to warm up and reactivate client base for repeat, additional, and cross-sales. - Develop and create messages for segmented client groups following marketing chains and CJM. - Plan and implement communication activities. - Build and maintain communication across various channels at touchpoints (messengers and email marketing, social media, forums, digital and non-digital channels). - Execute activities to stimulate repeat and cross-sales, increase customer loyalty. - Create materials for automated funnels. - Build a user community and communicate with it.

Requirements: - Must have experience and exposure in CRM marketing; knowledge of Bitrix24 is a plus. - Experience in B2B promotion (preferably in IT). - Experience with various communication channels (not only email). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Skill in working with meaning, experience in creating sales and native texts. - Ability to work in a team. - Ability to set goals and achieve them.
