Community and Social Media Manager

WATT Studio is looking for a Community and Social Media Manager in Moscow (remote/hybrid) to develop gaming communities and expand audience on social channels.

WATT Studio is looking for a Community and Social Media Manager who will become the voice of our games, develop the player community, and together with the marketing team expand the audience of our social channels. We are looking for a specialist who understands the gaming industry, loves communicating with people, and knows how to turn an audience into an active and engaged community. Tasks: • Managing and developing official game channels (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Steam, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (optional)) • Preparing a content plan for the week/month • Writing texts for publications, adapting content to platform specifics, generating new content ideas • Daily interaction with players • Maintaining a positive and constructive atmosphere within the community • Community activation (launching and supporting game discussions, conducting surveys, motivating user-generated content - memes, fan art, videos, clips, guides, and other community initiatives) • Preparing analytics/reports for the marketing department and developer team (monitoring player feedback, listing key social media metrics) • Recruiting and working with the audience when organizing playtests through the community and specialized services

• 1-3 years of experience in Community Management, SMM, or related fields • Good understanding of the gaming industry, game genres, and modern internet culture • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions • Initiative and a high level of autonomy • Ability to handle negative feedback and maintain professionalism • English not lower than B2 (written and spoken) Nice to have: • Experience in the gaming industry • Experience managing Discord communities • Basic understanding of gaming product marketing • Skills in graphic/video editors for content creation
