Molecule is seeking a Commercial Associate to manage BD pipeline, investor relations, and cross-functional deal activity. Requires commercial acumen, organizational skills, and strong communication. Remote position with initial onboarding in Berlin.

Molecule is looking for a Commercial Associate to own the follow-through on BD pipeline, track active deal workstreams, and manage investor relations. You will coordinate and prepare for high-stakes calls, draft communications, build a commercial system, and analyze the science behind partnerships. You will also jump on calls with partners and investors as a credible representative of Molecule.

You are commercially hungry, understand pipeline, follow-up, and closing deals. You are scrappy, organized, and relentless about follow-through. You are a strong communicator, comfortable drafting investor memos and speaking with lab partners or KOLs. You thrive in complexity and can manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you are willing to spend the first several months in Berlin for onboarding and relationship-building.
